MEO Mobile Login

Please note that currently the MEO Mobile app does not support SAML and LDAP Single Sign On login.

To log into the MEO Mobile app, you will first need an existing MyExpensesOnline account. If you do not have an account setup, you can contact your finance or payroll team, who will be happy to help set one up for you.

On the MEO Mobile app, you will first need to fill in the sitename, this is usually the company name, however you can also get this by taking the first word in the web address before the first fullstop.

For example using [ https://reddwarf.myexpensesonline.co.uk ] you would use reddwarf as the sitename.

Next you will need to enter in either the email address or username that you use on the website.

If you log into MyExpensesOnline website using your email address then you will need to use that here too. However, if you use your username to log into MyExpensesOnline then you will need to use your username. You cannot mix and match.

Finally enter in your password.

Summary

Using the screenshot below:

  • sitename - enter reddwarf
  • email / username - If you would normally log into the site using email address, then use your usual email address. e.g: dave.lister@reddwarf.com
  • email / username - If you would normally log into the site using your username, then use your assigned username. e.g: dave.lister
  • password - Finally enter in your password.


Currently you cannot reset your password or log in using an expired password using MEO Mobile.

If you are experiencing login issues or your password has expired, you can reset your password by accessing the site via the mobile web browser.
